Installation & commissioning

A machine that is installed is not the same as a machine that is producing. We hand over on the second one.

What is included

  • Positioning, levelling and anchoring to your floor
  • Power, air and water connection to the machine's requirement
  • First run, settings and sample production
  • Handover to your operators, with the settings recorded

Common questions

How long does commissioning take?
It depends on the machine and on how ready the site is. The variable is almost never the machine — it is whether power, air and floor are prepared to specification before we arrive. We will tell you exactly what to have ready.
Do you install machines we bought elsewhere?
Yes. We commission machines regardless of where they were purchased, including used machines bought at auction or directly from another mill.
What do you need from us before the date?
Floor plan and available space, power supply details, compressed air availability and pressure, and the machine documentation if you have it. If you do not have the documentation, send us a photograph of the nameplate.
