Common questions
- Do you train operators or maintenance staff?
- Both, but not in the same session. Operators need settings, quality and early fault recognition. Maintenance staff need wear limits, adjustment and diagnosis. Mixing them wastes everybody's time.
- Does training happen at our factory?
- Yes, on your machines. Training on a different machine to the one somebody operates every day transfers much less than it appears to.
